My boys are 8 and 5 and they are loving creating an entry of what we do during the day. My intention was to fill up a whole notebook and then send them to him, but we're more than half way through this one and haven't quite filled the notebooks yet. May still send them soon, anyway! I think some moms can relate to this on a a day by day, but have no idea how it feels to do it for 6+ months...It is like a husband that has a long day of work, but doesn't get to come home and sleep in his bed, and won't be home tomorrow, or the next day, or the next. I am glad to hear you have friends that help out, but you are right, it is not the same. Prayers coming your way! Thank you for being honest!
