		<description>oh wow, this looks yummy. You mentioned cooker cooking, one tip I read along time ago was to cook your frozen veggies with you pasta if you boil it the whole time. Another tip I picked up was to bring your pasta to a roaring boil, or is it rolling?!?!, dump in your pasta put a lid on the pot, take it off the burner and in 20 minutes you have perfectly cooked pasta!!! When I have enough time that is my favorite or when I&#039;m short on time I let my pot pull double duty. 

Gotta come back and look at your deployment posts but are you a military wife too?!?!
