I have yet another busy week ahead. Several appointments have me feeling a little crazy already – and the week hasn’t even started yet.
The biggest thing happening this week is final approval on medical clearance for Turkey. Since the base we will be at is pretty small and has limited specialty care, we’re waiting to get our official approval. I can’t move forward with any move related items until then, so I’m basically at a stand-still.
Here’s what I have planned for the week:
Breakfasts: buttermilk pancakes, cold cereal with fruit
Lunches: leftovers, fruit/veggie tray, cheese and crackers, boiled eggs
~ Monday – french toast, peanut butter & banana smoothies
~ Tuesday – sandwiches on the go
~ Wednesday – pasta salad (recipe soon), strawberry/banana smoothies
~ Thursday – Sherry’s Aussie chicken (very fitting since my hubby is an Aussie – too bad he isn’t here to enjoy it), steamed veggies, fresh fruit, bread with butter
~ Friday – burgers on the grill, veggie sticks, fresh fruit
~ Saturday – eat out
~ Sunday – eggs, bacon, toast, fruit or fruit smoothies
